Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SCOTTeVEST gear, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags and pocket-labels intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the return authorization slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS location; you will receive a notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
